Jen Amos, President

Jennifer Cavataio Amos is the Director of Business Development for Dunavant Global Logistics. 

As a graduate of the University of Mississippi, Amos left Ole Miss with an internship in hand.  She began her career at ReTrans Kuehne+Nagel and was there for eight years followed by a two-year stint at IndigoAg.  While at Indigo she was named as 2019’s TAM of the year and received her TOPO certification.  In 2020 she joined the Dunavant team to help grow their Domestic footprint and community outreach programs.  Most recently, she received Dunavant’s ACE award in honor of Billy Dunavant Jr.  Jennifer is also a 2023 graduate of the New Memphis Fellows program, a member of the grant selection committee for Noah’s Gift, a nonprofit whose mission is to reward deserving young people with extraordinary experiences, and a current board member of the World Trade Club.  Looking towards the future, Jennifer is excited for the opportunity to serve as Second Vice President.

Jennifer and her husband Geoffrey reside in Memphis and have one son, James Grey.  She is a member of Holy Rosary Parish and in her free time she enjoys watching youth sports, college football, and the Memphis Grizzlies.

 

Mac Trout, 1st Vice President

 Mac Trout is the Carrier Development Manager for Versant Supply Chain here in Memphis.  He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and has called the Metro area home for eighteen years.  Mac has worked in the Supply Chain and Logistics sector for over nine years and during that span he has priced, sold and operated across numerous transportation service lines.  He has been actively involved with the Memphis World Trade Club for seven years.  Mac is very passionate about his work and has seen firsthand how crucial a role the MWTC can play from both a business as well as a career development standpoint.  In his free time, Mac enjoys coaching youth sports, playing tennis and spending time with his wife Mallory and their two children, Lilly and Tom.  They are active members of Grace Evangelical Church in Germantown.  

 

Jim Kyle, 2nd Vice President

My name is Jim Kyle 3rd, I’m 36 years old native Memphian as well as the 3rd generation of trucking professional for my family. I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. After Graduating from the University of Tennessee I am began working in the logistics field starting with FedEx. I am now at IMC Companies where I am the Vice President of Customer Service for our National Accounts division where I have worked since august of 2019. I began getting involved in the MWTC a several years ago attending events, joining the MWTC, and last year was elected to the board. During my time with the Memphis World Trade Club I have seen a lot of growth with our events and membership, and if elected again I would continue to push the progress we have made. Outside of Work these days I spend most of my time with my daughter Romee that was born in January of 2025.

Toni Barnes, Treasurer

I am a native Memphian and have been in commercial banking in this area for over thirty years.  Many of my customer are in the transportation, logistics and agricultural industries.  I have also been a member of the Memphis World Trade Club for over thirty years, being a past president and most recently working on the scholarship committee.  I look forward to the opportunity to serve on the board as Treasurer.  In my free time I like to spend time with my two and four-legged family, ride my road bike, kayak, camp, and travel.

 

Evann Boley, Secretary

Evann Boley is the Export Manager for Dunavant Global Logistics Group, LLC.  In this role, Evann oversees daily export operations ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across borders.  Evann holds a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management with a minor in business finance, providing him with a strong foundation in logistics and financial acumen.  He is committed to staying in the forefront of the ever-evolving industry and is currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Memphis with a concentration in Data Analytics.  With a profound passion for logistics and strong educational background, Evann is well equipped to navigate the complexities of the global supply chain.
 
Beyond the professional achievements, Evann is a family man and the youngest sibling of his close-knit family. Born and raised in the charming town of Paris, TN, Evann takes pride in his roots. His personal connections and experiences help shape his work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Richard Mallory

Richard Mallory is Director of Global Business at Mallory Alexander International Logistics, an FMC-licensed NVOCC and global 3PL. He leads growth with multinational shippers and helps oversee Mallory’s agriculture portfolio—especially cotton—bringing together forwarding, warehousing, and domestic transportation into integrated, tech-enabled solutions. Richard partners closely with product and operations teams to turn front-line needs into practical process improvements while aligning carrier and drayage capacity across ports and rails. His commercial focus centers on building programs that scale, manage risk, and balance service reliability with cost.

A graduate of the University of Mississippi (B.A., Managerial Finance, 2014), Richard serves on the Board of Advisors for the Memphis World Trade Club. He lives in Memphis with his wife, Camille, and their son, Timothy—and they are excited to welcome a baby girl soon. A lifelong Memphian, Richard is passionate about helping the city grow as a logistics hub.

 
 

Hunter Mitchell

Hunter Mitchell is a National Account Executive at Cornerstone Systems, specializing in Business Development and Account Management. Hunter graduated from the University of Mississippi and has spent the past 12 years in the logistics and transportation industry. After Ole Miss, Hunter began a career in the Management Trainee program at KLLM Transport Services in Jackson, MS, gaining experience in Dispatch, Customer Service, and Regional Load Planning. Hunter joined Cornerstone Systems in Memphis in January 2017, focusing on acquiring new customer relationships and growing business across Intermodal, Port Drayage, OTR, and LTL transportation.

Hunter is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the Memphis World Trade Club, where he aims to be actively engaged, recruit more participants to MWTC events, and learn from other professionals in the logistics and transportation sector.

Outside of work, Hunter enjoys spending time with his wife, KayLeigh, their son, Howell, and their dogs, Birdie and Biscuit. In his free time, he plays golf and tennis, enjoys hunting and fishing, attends concerts, cheers on the Grizzlies, and supports every Ole Miss Rebels sporting event.

 

Caleb Park

Caleb Park is a Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors, where he helps individuals and businesses find commercial real estate solutions tailored to their goals. Whether it’s a local move, a multi-market search, or the sale of a property, Caleb guides clients through every step — from site selection and market research to financial analysis and deal negotiations.

With years of experience in the Memphis market and a strong network across the U.S., Caleb focuses on making real estate decisions simpler, smarter, and more strategic — so his clients can stay focused on what they do best: running their business.

Tim Tansey

Tim is currently the Regional Drayage Supervisor for the Southeast Region at IMC. His focus at IMC is new business development in the Southeast Region.

A Graduate of Christian Brothers High School, Tim attended the University of Memphis and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He started his transportation career with Coyote Logistics in 2014 with roles in Operations, Sales and Sales Management.

Tim resides in East Memphis with his wife Katie and two daughters, CJ and Margo. He is a parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church. In his free time Tim can be found coaching a sports team, cheering on the Memphis Tigers, playing in a men’s basketball league or taking in one of the many attractions Memphis has to oPer with his family.

Will Ritter

Will Ritter currently serves as the Manager of Business Analytics at Dunavant Global Logistics.

 Will is a proud graduate of the University of Memphis and ongoing Tiger Athletics supporter. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf at all the courses in the region. Will is a graduate of the New Memphis Embark program for up and coming Memphis professionals. He also served as an expert in residence for Epicenter Memphis 2024 Logistics Startup challenge, helping to evaluate and consult with logistics startups.  

Passionate about logistics, he brings a fresh perspective to the local logistics community and is apart of a new generation of logistics and supply chain professionals that see the need for a greater involvement and marketing for all of the benefits Memphis offers to the international logistics and supply chain industries. He lives by the motto “a rising tide lifts all boats” and believes that through greater visibility of the strategic benefits of Memphis, logistics companies throughout the region will benefit.
